You are bidding on an a pair of 1960's 1/24 scale Slot Car Slicks and Wheels
Rare to find them together.....and even rarer to find NOS.....slicks are still soft and pliable
I purchased a box of vintage slot car track, and accessories at an auction....these were at the bottom of the box
You are bidding on ONE PAIR....still sealed in the original packaging
(I did include a picture of the retail card display top section that had several pairs of these on it)
(Pretty cool find......just as you would have seen them back in the 1960's in a Hobby shop)

You are bidding on ONE PAIR.....each pair of tires and wheels came off the original "strip" in sections that were perforated
You will get one pair...still on the original card backing and sealed in the blister

Each tire and wheel measures.....
Tire diameter is approx 1"  (26mm)
Center axle hole is a threaded 1/8" hole
Wheel diameter is approx 5/8"  (16mm)
Slick width is approx 9/16"  (15mm)
The slicks are still soft, "spongy", and pliable
I have NOT taken the pair you are bidding on out of the package so I can not be 100% absolute as to their condition but
I DID open up one of the other pairs of these.....for 2 reasons....
The aluminum wheels have some "black" marks or debris on them that you can not tell what it is when inside the blister...
Soooooo...I opened one up....it appears that over the years they developed a small amount of either rubber particles or oxidation
With a soft cloth...and some cleaner....these cleaned right up
CHECK out the pics....the LAST 4 PICTURES are a wheel OUT OF THE BLISTER...before...then...after cleaning!
I also wanted to see if the rubber wheels had held up over time....they have...still soft, spongy and pliable
I also wanted to get as close to accurate measurements of the actual tire as I could
These are just as they would have been if you bought them back in 1965
